DTES Small Arts Grants

Susan Lu receives 2 artists recipient of the 2019 DTES Small Arts Grants, Penny Lim and Claude Ranville who talked about their experience with the grant and the following showcase of their arts, during the Emerge Festival, in early June. Susan also receives artist Vivian Bomberry who received the grant 3 times in previous years. She gives us more information about the grant and how to apply.
